Tendersweet Orange watermelon is an orange flesh variety. It Produces large 10-15lb watermelons that are orange throughout and having minimal seeds. The rind is not as thick as other varieties and its shelf life is not as long as other varieties.
 
The fruit is sweet and juicy, without a hint of bitterness. Each plant can produce between 5-7 melons, or 2-3 larger ones.
 
Tendersweet Orange is a warm weather loving variety and is less susceptible to powdery mildew than other melons.
