This turnip is our favorite! Amazing in a stew, or roasts it adds earthiness, and flavor, unlike any other root vegetable.
 
Rich in fiber, iron, and other minerals. Plants produce amazing 5-8inch in diameter bulbs! With a beautiful purple top and a white bottom almost in half, it adds color to any meal. 
 
The leafy greens are a favorite in southern cooking.
